I would like the following work done (please note the items below this box):

  • If you're returning a thermometer probe for calibration, please include the temperature range over which you'd like it recalibrated.
  • If you're returning a thermometer readout, dry-well, or Micro-Bath for calibration, we will assume you want both "before" and "after" data unless you specify otherwise. Our normal prices include both.
  • If you're returning a thermometer probe and readout together for calibration, our normal practice is to individually calibrate the two and issue a separate report on each. We do not provide system data unless it is specifically requested. System data does not improve the accuracy of the system. It does, however, cost more and take longer.
  • If you're returning a bath, dry-well, or Micro-Bath, please include the nominal line voltage at which you use it.
